Roles & Responsibilities

As a Senior Solution Manager, you are one of the key persons for our customers when it comes to the consulting, advisory and adaption of clinical processes in our hospital information software. In your role you will work closely with sales team for support of the sales cycle - supporting sales managers in discussions with prospects, bid proposal management up to the contract negotiation and the final contract conclusion for our clinical information technology portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop customer solution strategies focusing on hospitals and their network and strengthen your already existing knowledge.
- As a specialist for software products needy in consulting service you are working in close collaboration with our sales teams to establish customized solutions for our offers.
- During the bidding process you are acting as a deal
- or bid-manager, handling the requests to participate and the bidding documents and organizing boards and business decisions.
- You are involved in market research and sales strategy planning, in developing new marketing models and you are selling as well the portfolio of our partners.
- Analysis of work flows in the setting of clinical information systems
- Establishing configuration concepts with customers and partners
- Planning the scope of projects, timeline and cost calculation and supporting development of pricing strategies.
- Training of administrators, multitpliers and end users
- Creation and enhancement of team standards
- Participation in relevant internal expert groups for upgrading / new development of standard software features

**Qualifications**:

- You are experienced in the specialized healthcare information technology solutions and you have an outstanding knowledge about diverse software solutions in the domain of hospitals.
- You can build trustful expert knowledge based relations with decision-makers in the hospitals and national healthcare agencies.
- Willingness to travel
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Acting independently and well-structured
- Excellent knowledge of clinical work flows and processes in hospitals
- Ability for abstraction of work flows
- Creation of professional analysis and concepts
- Excellent ability to communicate and facilitating skills
- Customer focus and acting independently
- Having a competent and confident appearance
- Fluent English language in spoken and written
