What you'll do
- Support the business needs of the sales team, including pricing of client requests, trade execution and booking for various derivative products in coordination with Structuring & Trading.
- Administer the client onboarding process and client setups.
- Provide after-sales support including client reporting, trade lifecycle management, and resolving post-trade issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (trading, structuring, legal, compliance, operations).
- Maintain accurate client interaction records and contribute to CRM reporting and sales analytics.
- Support sales in preparation and customization of product presentations, pitch books, term sheets, and marketing materials.

What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in structured products, sales support, or a front-office role.
- Understanding of Derivatives: Solid foundational knowledge of structured products (e.g., equity-linked notes, credit-linked notes, dual currency deposits, autocallables, etc.).
- Bloomberg / Excel / PowerPoint Proficiency: Ability to use Bloomberg for data retrieval and Excel for financial modeling; PowerPoint for effective presentation development.
- Trade Lifecycle Knowledge: Familiarity with the end-to-end trade process - from execution to settlement and documentation.
- Client-Focused Attitude: Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients, both internal and external.
- Team Player: Collaborative approach with colleagues across sales, trading, structuring, legal, and operations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Mandarin or another Asian language is a plus, due to regional client coverage.
- Proactiveness: Initiative-taker with a keen interest in capital markets and a desire to grow professionally.
