Personnel Coordinator

Support the Operations Manager to ensure personnel skillsets of offshore personnel are in line with project notification and work scopes
- Ensure route and carrier options are most appropriate based on project needs and employee's departure points, acting as a point of escalation for any regional issues
- Research alternate options when preferred travel is not available
- Responsible for all data inputs for personnel, training, and competency registers, ensuring that personnel are compliant to international / training / project matrix per discipline/position
- QC of regional travel logs to ensure accuracy
- Responsible for the review of invoices to ensure accuracy, correct project codes are referenced, and invoices are presented with supporting documents
- Work directly with accounts payable and cost controller to ensure purchase orders and accounts are in order
- Identify, recommend, and implement system or procedural improvements
- Provide administrative support to Operations Team
- Have a good knowledge of the core competencies required for offshore disciplines in the global field pool
- Work closely with business unit teams to deliver personnel to the vessels in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal offices globally to ensure effective and timely sharing of personnel between regions
- Liaises with local Human Resources for confirmation of any Visa requirements based on project location, upon confirmation will drive the Visa processes from start to finish enabling offshore personnel to operate internationally
**Requirements**:
- Experience of travel coordination within offshore operations
- Proven experience of processing and managing international Visas and work permits
- Ability to work in a Global environment, working closely with multiple regional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is essential
- Ability to perform tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and precision
- Ability to work both independently and within teams
