Work on Recorded Future SIEM, SOAR, TIP integrations on tools like Splunk, Anomali, Palo Alto XSOAR, Azure etc. Consultant advice towards security uses and workflows regarding cyber security implementation, with a focus on Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Incident Response teams. Your days will be spent working closely with your team and our customers to ensure they are effectively using our security intelligence integrations as well as doing the following: **What you'll bring as a Senior Solution Engineer**: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Security Operations for either Public or Private Sectors - preferably in a customer facing environment - Experience in managing complex customer solutions - like combined SIEM, SOAR and TIP solutions with on-prem or cloud deployments - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction, to provide customer solutions - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be an autodidact towards technology to succeed in a fast-paced environment - This role is highly technical and you will have spent time in Security Operations Centre's or Managed Security Service Provider's - Experience using SIEM tools such as Splunk, Qradar, Arcsight or similar - English language fluency especially regarding written/verbal communication **What you'll do as a Senior Solution Engineer**: - Working closely with our Intelligence Services Teams and Sales Engineering Teams - Understand and drive customers cyber security use cases, workflows and overall needs to utilize Recorded Future integrations - Creating engineering solutions for clients - Act as SME for clients whilst liaising between teams on cyber security technology - Act as a technical escalation point for integration solutions - Ability to articulate complex solutions to clients and internal senior management **Good to have**: - Experience in Python, JSON and REST APIs - Ability to develop documentation around technical projects to be utilized by clients and colleagues - System and infrastructure log analysis and debugging skills to problem solving and troubleshooting - Knowledge of TCP/IP, common networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system administration, OSI model, defense-in-depth and common security elements - Knowledge on attack-vectors, security threats and mitigation techniques **Why should you join Recorded Future?** Recorded Future employees (or "Futurists"), represent over 40 nationalities and embody our core values of having high standards, practicing inclusion, and acting ethically.
