Legal Engineer - Professional Service Firm A global professional services firm is seeking a Legal Engineer to join its growing Asia team based in Singapore . This unique and innovative role serves as the bridge between legal professionals and technology, enabling you to drive the transformation of legal service delivery in a collaborative and diverse environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the connection point between lawyers, clients, and technology teams, ensuring that technology solutions align with the evolving needs of the business. Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders – including legal practitioners and functional specialists – to identify, assess, and shape technology requirements for legal service delivery. Provide guidance and support for the rollout and adoption of new tools, systems, and digital processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal function. Stay at the forefront of emerging legal technology trends, including generative AI and workflow automation , and provide insights and recommendations to leadership and peers. Lead or participate in the evaluation, testing, and implementation of innovative legal tech products, while driving internal change management and user engagement. Deliver presentations and training sessions to encourage staff adoption and optimize the use of digital systems and tools. What We're Looking For Legally qualified (JD, LLB, or equivalent) and admitted to practice in a recognized jurisdiction. Proven experience in legal operations , technology management , or product-focused roles within professional or corporate services. Familiarity with the product development cycle , process mapping, and the implementation of enterprise applications and document automation tools. Strong knowledge of and interest in legal tech product categories and innovation-driven environments. A collaborative and communicative approach, with the ability to lead cross‐functional projects in diverse, multicultural settings.
