They have an international presence worldwide and are looking out for a skilled **System & Software Testing Lead**to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

**Location: One-North**

**Working hours: Monday to Friday, Standard Office Hours**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Testing Strategy & Execution
- Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies that combine both manual and automated testing approaches to ensure high product quality, system reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Risk-Based Quality Management
- Promote a risk-based testing approach to proactively identify system vulnerabilities, minimize defects, and mitigate potential business impacts early in the development lifecycle.

Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop a high-performing QA team by mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and instilling a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.

Collaboration Across Functions
- Partner with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to integrate testing seamlessly into CI/CD workflows and align quality assurance with Agile delivery models.

QA Innovation & Transformation
- Introduce and implement modern testing solutions such as AI-powered automation, predictive analytics, and next-gen validation techniques to enhance testing speed, scalability, and accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in software testing, QA methodologies, and systems validation.
- Proven experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments, including strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in establishing quality standards, engineering best practices, and performance tracking through well-defined KPIs.
- Strong background in leading QA teams, test architects, and automation engineers.
- Understanding of software security, compliance standards, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive quality across multiple teams.
