**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a range of traditional local beverages such as kopi, teh, and other classic drinks according to customer preferences.
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment (e.g., coffee socks, espresso machines) with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all drinks, delivering the perfect taste every time.
- Greet and take customer orders, providing excellent service with a friendly attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the preparation area and throughout the coffee shop.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, tea leaves, milk, and other ingredients to ensure constant supply.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in setting up and closing the coffee shop, including basic cleaning and organizing duties.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Coffee Maker / Barista, preferably in a local coffee shop setting.
- Knowledge of traditional local coffee and tea preparation methods (e.g., kopi o, kopi si, teh tarik, etc.).
- Good communication and customer service skills, with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of drink preparation.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in taste and presentation.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, if required.
- Basic cash-handling skills.
