**Janssen Singapore is recruiting for a Team Finance & Project Administrator, located in Singapore.**:
Performs finance and administrative duties and responsibilities to support diverse range of programs and projects for AP Strategy Organization (APSO).

This role requires connecting with multiple functions, teams, and senior leaders in the organisation to coordinate for efficient management of projects/programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Performs numerous diversified secretarial, clerical, and administrative duties and responsibilities for the executive programs and projects led by teams across APSO. This includes but not limited to;
- Manage the inventory of program/project accounts
- Manage and provide full support for internal systems to process the required tasks (Ariba, ARAVO, Hive, Epic, FVM)
- Liaise with program owners or project leaders to keep track of progress, budgets, contracts, invoicing and PO creation for projects, events, and workshops.
- PO and PR creation, working with Procurement teams to contract vendors as well as handling all compliance needs for the projects such as HCC and TPIDD processes including invoicing.
- Ad Hoc arrangements of events and meetings per the requirements of program/project
- Managing service vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and reliability of the results.
- Coordinates and assists in developing associated business reports, and prepares presentations
- Organizes files, performs data entry and analyzes data, and maintains accurate finance and project trackers and working closely with the Finance team for quarterly accruals.

Providing executive assistance to provide administrative support for VPs and Senior executives as needed. This includes but not limited to;
- Manage calendar of events and scheduling
- Support team Project based travel arrangements
- Support expense claims
- Handles confidential matters requiring discretion and judgment.
- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Educational background of Bachelor degree or above, preferably with a Strong Finance background

**Experience and Skills**:
**Preferred**:

- Minimum 5 years of business experience in multi-national corporate setting
- Experience in successfully handling finance and project management,
- Basic understanding of the job processes and systems with learning agility to embrace new technology
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment that promotes diversity and inclusion
- Resourceful with proven track record to multi-task
- Collaborative skills to engage with other groups and teams to address business needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
