
HR & Admin Manager

We are looking for a HR & Admin Manager who can add value to the company with their experience.
**Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the following HR functional areas: Organisational Development, HRIS, Employee Relations, Staff Welfare, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits and Recruitment.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Monthly Payroll preparation and processing
- Develop compensation strategies and performance evaluations for employees and directors based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
- Maintain internal policies and procedures of the Company
- Manage and review all HR and Admin policies and procedures and ensure compliance to all statutory or regulatory requirements.
- Track manpower needs, inclusive of foreign manpower’s expiry of work passes,
- Prepare internal forms and letters.
- Participates on counselling sessions and issuance of disciplinary measures.
- Liaison Manager for government sectors: CPF, MOM, IRAS etc.
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs & servicing with the team
- Overseeing the office expenses through tracking reports, and liaising with each Unit on any cost matters.
- Provide general administrative support to the Company and employees
- Conduct any other duties, as required by the business needs of the Company
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related fields is preferable
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager, HR Administrative, Assistant Manager or relevant role
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders of all levels of seniority,and the ability to communicate well orally and in writing
- Strong analytical skills to make sound decisions
- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Thorough knowledge of labour laws and HR related regulation
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Self-motivated, independent, highly organized, and attention to detail.
