**Your Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor system performance, conduct updates, and perform routine maintenance.
- Create and maintain documentation to enhance knowledge sharing and streamline support processes.
- Develop and update troubleshooting articles for first
- and second-line support teams.

- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
