President Assistant

**Objective**:
To assist the President in daily work, be responsible for the president, and issue relevant working documents within the scope of authority and responsibility.
**Main Responsibilities**:
System Construction
- Assisting with the formulation of the Company’s management system and management measures to provide guarantee for the sustainable development of the Company.
Business Function
- Assisting with the formulation of the Company’s specific business development strategy and annual business plan, and timely adjusting them according to the internal and external business environment.
- Assisting to follow up the work development orientation and plan completion of each department.
- Responsible for meeting and reception arrangements, itinerary management, etc. for all kinds of important business, foreign affairs, or other important activities attended by the President.
- Responsible for dealing with major emergencies of the Company, maintaining the harmony, stability, and efficient operation of the Company.
- Strictly abiding by the Company's rules and regulations, including but not limited to the employee manual, job description and operation instructions, etc.
Internal Management
- Responsible for the selection, employment, education and retention, performance and salary management and employee relations of the department staff, for the purpose of creating a good working atmosphere.
- Responsible for knowledge management of the department, including knowledge accumulation, extraction and sharing, as well as staff training.
- Responsible for the daily management of development of key back-up managers of the department.
- Responsible for coordinating the relationship between relevant departments within the Company.
Safety Management
- Implementing the Company's safety management objectives and requirements, fully responsible for the safety management of the department. For any illegal behaviors, the senior vice president should stop them immediately and report in time if the situation is serious. Commanding against rules and regulations is strictly prohibited.
- Organizing and attending the Company’s safety related events and meetings, mastering the relevant safety emergency plan of the department, and making emergency response according to the requirements in case of emergency.
- Participating in the investigation and handling of the Company's safety accidents, and timely reporting safety accidents of the department.
Others
- Cooperating with top management to do other work assigned by the Company.
