We are seeking a professional TA Leader who will support our campus program within the Singapore market. This is a people management position, reporting to the Global UR leader, based in the United States and will provide extensive interaction with Seagate’s HR & talent acquisition teams, executives, and hiring managers.

**About the role - you will**:

- Manage a Team of Campus Recruitment Recruiters across multiple APAC locations - Singapore, Malaysia, and China
- Assist the Global UR Program Leader in shaping college recruitment strategy, driving university program initiatives, and driving achievement of goals on a multi-regional scale
- Develop and deliver university recruitment presentations for internal & external audiences when necessary.
- Collaborate with business functions in support and participation of Campus Recruitment Program to promote hire, onboarding and retention of graduate and intern hires.
- Collaborate and partner with various teams and stakeholders such as HR business partners, campus recruitment team and business leaders to align the program’s strategies
- Achieve goals of program objectives such as program engagement metrics, effective performance measurement mechanisms and learning journey
- Analyze data for monitoring and reporting while making data-driven decisions to enhance long-term program strategies
- Counsel and guide stakeholders to ensure Seagate's competitive positioning, including review of metrics & scorecards to assess performance and overall program effectiveness.
- Build relationships that will enable Seagate to leverage our investments with campus deans, faculty/staff members in target schools/degree programs, career service representatives, advisors, student leaders, relevant student groups on campus, and alumni groups.
- Influence branding strategy and identify multiple access points to reach students at portfolio schools.
- Promote Campus program through various advertising channels and social media such as university career sites, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, blogs, etc.
- Work with Business Unit leaders & campus recruiting team members to plan, organize and execute campus-based recruitment events.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to create detailed school strategic plans with clearly defined objectives, desired outcomes, and diversity plans, managing the calendar of events and attending campus events in support of school strategy as appropriate.

**About you**:

- Solid program/ project management and organizational skills with good sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Proven ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders and manage varied relationships
- Strong business acumen, leadership, mentoring, facilitation and coaching skills
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be a resourceful, savvy professional that is committed to finding solutions and making an impact
- This role requires working collaboratively, strong communication, a heightened attention to detail, superb organization, and collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders across the globe
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence, inform and guide others
- High level of self-motivation and ownership

**Your experience includes**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 8 years applicable work experience in university recruiting and/or other human resource disciplines with 5 years of leadership experience in managing a team preferably in APAC
- Demonstrated success supporting university recruiting programs for graduates and interns
- Strong business acumen, leadership, mentoring, facilitation and coaching skills
- Demonstrated track record of successful executive interactions and consulting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence, inform and guide others
- Ability to deliver campus speaking engagements and prepare presentations for various staff and executive meetings
- Strong analytical skills to manage, interpret, and present data to internal stakeholders and executives
