WonderHero is the first incubated project of Polkastarter, the world’s largest crypto laundpad, it also sold 5,000 NFT boxes on Binance NFT in less than 30s.

**Main Objective**

The VP of Games will be at the frontier of leading and executing strategy in a fast moving and innovative company in the blockchain play to earn space. We are looking for people with an entrepreneur mindset with a deep passion for mobile gaming who excel in strategy, organization, have exceptional communication abilities, have strong analytical skills, aren’t afraid to experiment, data driven with a winning mentality.

**Missions**
- Lead the user acquisition strategy for WonderHero Game
- Drive successful marketing campaigns through social media channels (Youtube, Tik Tok, Twitter, Facebook)
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of each marketing campaign
- Data driven decision making to drive features needed for user growth
- Be responsible for managing the budget and approval processes
- Undertake project management for some of our key growth initiatives.
- Build out streamlined process and data to evaluate and adjust our strategies.
- Deliver high impact initiatives and projects such as ecosystem product development, game campaigns, Esports development, branding and advertising.
- Monitor and optimize game’s download conversion, engagement, retention & marketplace transactions.
- Lead the vision and implement for WonderHero eSports roadmap
**Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- Passion for mobile games and an good understanding of NFTs.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial working style.
- Strong strategic skills with experience in working in a fast growing company
- Possess a deep understanding of the Mobile game metrics, ecosystem and industry trends.
- Great at tracking KPIs across multiple markets and have strong experience in building out process.
- Superior influential communication skills, coupled with the ability to analyze and craft solutions
- 5+ years of work experience in publishing or marketing within the mobile game or entertainment industry
- Experience driving strong business results through strategy
- Ability to work smart in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-growth environment
- Passion for figuring out how game markets work and change operate and evolve.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 5 years of proven track record of leading the development of published game titles and product strategy.
- In-depth knowledge of video game industry and managing production pipelines
