**Join the team**

Triple-A is looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join as our first Data Analyst and help shape our data strategy and culture. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse set of problems. Examples include building dashboards and reports to help the sales team understand our metrics and data, conducting deep-dive analyses to determine drivers of business trends, and building automated insights to proactively surface data trends for internal users.
- Work closely with business teams (sales, finance, compliance) and product to solve complex challenges at the intersection of business and technology using data.
- Design, build and maintain business intelligence infrastructure to improve the availability and usability of data and insights.
- Provide operational support for initiatives across a range of technical and non-technical topics.
- Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution
- Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analyst and/or Data Science role, with a focus on building data pipelines and/or analyzing large data sets to solve problems.
- Expert knowledge of SQL.
- Expertise in visualization, and using data insights to deliver actionable recommendations and drive business goals.
- Ability to communicate results clearly and a focus on driving impact.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Prior experience with writing and debugging data pipelines

- Prior experience at an early stage startup.
- Knowledge of data processing frameworks such as Python, Spark, Scala
- Good understanding of the development process and best practices (e.g. engineering standards, code reviews, testing and validation) with an appreciation for maintaining a high quality bar with low operational overhead.
