With backing from our investors, including Blackstone, this is just the beginning Come join the A-Team at AirTrunk, where the cloud meets the ground. **A Snapshot** As Senior Legal Counsel (Energy and Utilities), you will report to Senior Director, Capital Projects and work closely with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region, making your mark in a number of ways: - You will advise on and shape new, significant and unique initiatives, strategies and processes being developed across the energy, energy transition, renewables and utilities space to enable the rapid expansion of AirTrunk data centre developments across APJ. **Your Day to Day** - Review and negotiate legal contracts, and provide practical, commercial and strategic legal advice on a range of energy and utility workstreams across APJ. - Collaborate across a number of different teams and support the Energy and Climate teams to implement new, or improve on existing, commercial arrangements and contractual frameworks and policies to support rapid expansion of data centre developments through APJ. - Monitor and identify emerging energy, renewables, energy transition and utility issues and developments from a legal or regulatory perspective, drive initiatives to ensure awareness, and compliance and improve processes within AirTrunk, including through training, thought leadership and development of new policies and procedures. **Requirements**: - Law degree from an accredited law school, and current practising certificate (if required in your jurisdiction). - Minimum of 8 years of energy, utilities and renewables experience gained from a reputable law firm and/or within an in-house environment. - Experience in advising across a broad range of energy and utilities-related areas, including renewables, green power, energy transition, power connection, retail electricity, water supply (potable and recycled). - Experience in advising on large infrastructure projects across Asia Pacific & Japan highly regarded. - Ability to autonomously and efficiently manage multiple workstreams, priorities and stakeholders. - Excellent influencing, negotiation, relationship building and stakeholder management skills. - Enjoys being challenged, has a "can do" attitude, is prepared to go above and beyond and is eager to learn and develop an in-depth knowledge of AirTrunk's business and operations. - Thrives in a fun, team-oriented, fast-paced working environment. **The AirTrunk Culture** The pace in which we operate means you'll feel an electric atmosphere at AirTrunk.
