We are looking for a qualified Senior Legal Counsel to oversee the legal aspects of our business. You will safeguard our reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to management about all relevant legal matters

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drafting, reviewing and amending agreements and other legal documents in a wide range of legal areas in relation to the company's global business operations
- Responsible for managing all legal and compliance matters to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives while minimising risks.
- Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
- Providing ad hoc advice on any commercial activity that hits your desk...
- Provide legal support and advice to M&A. Keeping up to date with the relevant laws and regulations.
- Advise on diverse and cross-border legal matters and contractual review.
- Provide assistance to the business in relation to existing and new business initiatives.
- Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, etc..)

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a senior legal counsel in a commercial environment
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Outstanding communication skills
- Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information
- Flexible self
- starter who thrives in a fast paced and evolving environment
- International experience preferred
- Ideally no less than 5 years experience post legal qualification
- Fluent in English
