**Job Overview**:
Responsible for the financial management of the exchange's fiat operations, including but not limited to cash inflow and outflow management, financial reporting, risk control, and compliance management. Ensure the financial health and compliant operation of fiat business.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Fund Management**:
Responsible for the receipt, settlement, and reconciliation of fiat funds.
Establish a sound fund management system to ensure the safety and efficient operation of funds.
Monitor fund flow and identify anomalies in a timely manner and take appropriate measures.
- **Financial Reporting**:
Responsible for preparing financial statements for fiat business and conducting analysis and interpretation.
Participate in budget preparation and execution, control costs, and improve the efficiency of fund use.
- **Risk Control**:
Identify and assess the financial risks of fiat business and develop corresponding risk mitigation measures.
Establish a sound internal control system to prevent financial risks.
- **Compliance Management**:
Ensure the compliant operation of fiat business and comply with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
Cooperate with regulatory inspections and audits.
- **Others**:
Participate in the planning and implementation of fiat business-related projects.
Responsible for the daily financial management of the department.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of financial management experience, with a good understanding of the financial operations of exchanges or the financial industry.
- Proficient in financial software and office software, with strong financial analysis skills.
- Familiar with relevant laws and regulations, with a strong sense of compliance.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in chinese in order to alias **Mandarin**speaking colleagues and customers.
