**Chief Financial Officer**:
Our client is a well-established and rapidly expanding international group in the automotive dealership sector, seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and drive sustainable international business growth.

**_About the Role _**

You will lead all aspects of financial management, compliance, strategy, and cross-border operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role reporting directly to the Board and working closely with the executive team. You will shape financial direction, optimise performance, and support expansion across Southeast Asia and China.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Leadership**
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AR/AP, month
- /year-end closing
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP

**Tax & Regulatory Compliance**
- Lead all corporate tax planning and compliance (CIT, VAT, WHT)
- Stay current with Indonesian tax laws and liaise with external advisors

**Audit & Internal Controls**
- Manage annual audits and ensure timely implementation of recommendations.
- Develop, document, and enforce robust financial policies, processes, and controls

**Budgeting & Forecasting**
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Analyze performance KPIs and provide data-driven insights and actions

**Cash & Treasury Management**
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships
- Oversees FX exposure and international fund transfers

**Strategic Business Partnering**
- Advise leadership on financial strategy, capital structure, and risk management
- Support pricing strategies, investments, and business development

**International Trade & Tariffs**
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations and tariffs (ASEAN & China)Coordinate customs documentation and import planning for vehicles

**_What You Bring _**:
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 10+ years of senior finance leadership, ideally in automotive, manufacturing, or trading
- Deep experience with Indonesian tax, audit, and treasury
- Exposure to cross-border trade and tariff management (ASEAN/China)Regional work exposure and is ready to be based in Indonesia - Jakarta

**Technical & Leadership Competencies**
- Strong ERP/financial systems expertise (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capability
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop finance teams
- Excellent communicator with cultural agility across Singapore, Indonesia, and Greater ChinaHigh emotional intelligence to manage different stakeholders
