[lta-tt] Assistant Manager, Electronic Parking

You will be required to support the LTA acquiring system in the area of stakeholder engagement in which you will need to liaise and work with external stakeholder such as Car Park Owners/Operators (CPOs), public, vendors and internal LTA stakeholders to facilitate the works necessary for future car park upgrading. You will oversee the managing of CPOs and involved in managing the contractual and day-to-day operational (e.g. processing CPOs’ claims) matters. You will also be involved in the development and testing of the LTA acquiring system.
You will need to:
- administer the signing or renewing Merchant Agreements (MA) with respective CPOs.
- assist the DyM on the EEP Merchant agreement formulation and implementation.
- assist in the development and testing of the LTA Acquirer system.
- maintain and update relevant ISO documents, process manuals, reports and records.
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Business Administration or related discipline.
- At least 2 years’ of relevant experience in customer service and contract administration in an operational environment
- Keen interest in transaction acquiring business development and operational works
- Good knowledge in ISO9000, or equivalent quality processes
- Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to work independently
