Clinical Specialist

Our client is a global medical device Company who is passionate about creating, developing and promoting highly innovative dressings and global solutions to heal people suffering from wounds. Creating world class innovate products for their patients is at the heart of their mission and they are looking for a Clinical Specialist to join them.

As their Clinical Specialist for Wound Care, your primary responsibility is to support the growth of the Company, successful clinical evaluations, enlisting and farming of products, and to build strong relationships with key opinion leaders. You will be required to work in close partnership with KOLs to drive successful medical education solutions for healthcare professionals. You will be collaborating closely with the local Sales & Marketing team, as well as regional and global counterparts. This role reports to the Country Manager, Singapore.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing to drive growth and increase listings and sales
- Delivery of tailored education and training sessions (pathology and product based) for customers
- Production of publications, posters, and case studies to drive product usage and enlisting
- To support delivery of successful clinical evaluations during the enlisting phase in public hospital accounts
- Shaping protocols and practices to incorporate Company products and solutions
- Attendance at internal and external events and conferences
- Creation & validation of clinical content for both external and internal presentations
- Working with the Marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency of marketing messages
- Administration tasks as necessary such as CRM system input and monthly reporting
- Working with the Key Account Manager to deliver the key aspects of the strategic territory plan, including evaluations, listings & medical education
- Develop relationships with key clinicians and local KOLs
- Drive the clinical trials during the hospital enlisting phase by providing guidance and medical support to clinicians
- Create & deliver tailored clinical training/education plan for each key account
- Provide regular internal training on pathologies and products to all staff
- Delivery of the education sessions, creation of publications and successfully supporting the clinical trials across the territory
- Achievement of Key Performance Indicators (such as volume of meetings, time on territory, etc)
- Stay up-to-date with all innovations in the associated pathologies, with new practices, treatments, clinical evidence and scientific publications
- Maintain a current and comprehensive knowledge of relevant Company & competitor products
- Understand the issues affecting the customers who prescribe our products and patients who use them
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, cutting-edge practices and techniques, current publications and regulations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Company’s standard operating procedures and policies and ensure compliance at all times
- Ensure all Company-related activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands and ethical considerations Administration
- Ensure filing and documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with standard processes and formats
- Complete required reports within designated timeframes (e.g. expenses, product samples, etc)
- Ensure CRM is maintained for accounts, contacts and customer activities
- Participate in meetings as required
- Master computer skills and required software programs
