**Roles & Responsibilities**
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
As a Senior Facilitator/Trainer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Design training/ OD solutions/ programmes to meet the needs of prospects and clients (proposals writing, program development, intervention design, etc)
- Work as a project team member to design and deliver integrated Business Transformation solutions
- Contribute to practice development by introducing new tools and methodologies related to one or more of the following areas:
- Change Management
- Team Development
- Leadership Training and
- Customer Experience
- Deliver/ facilitate workshops in one or two of the above areas
- Play the role of Project Lead in training projects
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and grow accounts
**WHAT IT TAKES TO BE IN THIS ROLE**
- ACTA or ACLP certified
- At least 5 - 8 years of training/ facilitation experience
- Experienced in and ability to design blended learning will be a strong advantage
- Familiarity in online training is an advantage
- Demonstrated experience in programme design
- Experience in conducting leadership and/or customer experience trainings are an added advantage
- Working knowledge of MS Office software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good communicator and effective leader with strong interpersonal skills
- Confident and demonstrate excellent and presentation skills
- Independent but a good team player, capable of meeting delivery targets
- Customer-focused
