About Us:
Hilton Garden Inn Singapore Serangoon is a vibrant and dynamic hotel seeking a highly motivated and guest-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team.

Job Summary:
Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable stay experience. Handle guest interactions, reservations, and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with colleagues to maximize room occupancy, promote hotel services, and maintain high standards of service quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality service to guests consistently
- Assist guests with luggage, check-in, and check-out processes
- Seek guest feedback and suggest operational improvements
- Resolve guest complaints efficiently and record incidents
- Maximize room occupancy using up-selling techniques
- Monitor Front Office team performance, emphasizing service quality and teamwork
- Maintain sound communication with all hotel departments
- Handle guest correspondence, phone calls, and messages
- Utilize front of house equipment and property management systems
- Assist in hotel operations as required
- Maintain a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of hospitality experience (front desk preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays (this is a 4 day work week role)
- Proficient in property management systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
