We are growing our team and we are on the hunt for Project Managers to join us.

**THE ROLE**
- Plan project schedule and ensure smooth and timely executions
- Project management and site coordination with respective designers, contractors and vendors etc.
- Attend site meetings
- Ensure excellent quality control and high standard of workmanship
- Adhere to safety standards and policies at all time

**WHAT WE EXPECT**
- At least 3-5 years experience in project management, including experience with landed residential, minor A&A works and commercial projects
- Able to read and understand interior technical drawings
- Able to plan and manage several projects concurrently
- Strong sense of duty and responsibility
- Excellent supervision, organisational and interpersonal skills
- A meticulous self-starter with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in SketchUp, Photoshop, AutoCAD and/or 3D rendering software

We are partners with one of the leading builders for landed residences in Singapore - Trace Design + Build, and we have completed over 70 projects including HDB, condo, landed houses and commercial works.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
