**Key Responsibilities**
- Advocate for Safety at work.
- Support organization’s objectives and policies.
- Plan and support the assigned team administratively and technically.
- Responsible for the shift handover meeting.
- Aside to supporting your team’s day-to-day operational needs, not limited to manpower resource, spare-parts, personal protection equipment, tools, reporting, fault and incident management, liaising with end-user, etc., also support all ad-hoc projects.
- Align with Line Manager on all operational issues.
- Champion every available measure to control and minimize costs.
- All other duties assigned by the Line Manager including oversea projects.
**Qualifications** Position Requirements**
**Education/Training**
**Experience**
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
**Knowledge/Skills**
Individuals should possess good communications skills and have a strong orientation for customer focus and teamwork. To manage the customer in a timely manner. Possess Class 3 driving license is a must.
**Supervises**
To be assigned by the Line Manager.
**Physical/Mental Requirements**
- Possess excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
- Independent, self-motivated, reliable, and accountable individual with unreserved initiative.
- Physically and mentally fit.
- A positive personality with good sense of humor, good sense of urgency, responsible, honest and ready to work together as a team is highly valued and appreciated.
**Work Environment**
Work environment will be at customer site. Service will typically be rendered at airports, jails, courthouses, cruise ships or other locations as required by the Line Manager.
