**Key Responsibilities**

**Field Service Engineer**
- Work as part of a team to install, test, and commission company equipment, ensuring all systems are fully operational and meet client expectations.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of network-based systems, ensuring connectivity and functionality.
- Set up and configure **security surveillance systems**and **access control systems**, ensuring proper functionality and client satisfaction.
- Install and maintain **radio communication equipment**, ensuring uninterrupted communication services.
- Regularly service and maintain installed equipment to ensure optimal performance, including troubleshooting and repairs when necessary.
- Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely completion of assignments.
- Participate in on-the-job training under senior engineers, developing your technical skills and expanding your field of expertise.

**Field Service Technician**
- Perform accurate installation and laying of electrical cables to ensure proper connectivity, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring that all equipment is safely operational and meets performance standards.
- Conduct routine general maintenance on installed electrical systems and equipment to maintain optimal functionality and reduce downtime.
- Diagnose and fix electrical faults and malfunctions, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work closely with other technicians and engineers to complete tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring all project goals are met on time.
- Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on the latest industry trends, electrical techniques, and safety standards.
