We are seeking a technically skilled Field Service Technician with a passion to deliver excellence for our customers.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Full training will be provided.
- This position will be based in Singapore with frequent regional/international travel on short notices to meet project requirements.
- Conduct site assessments and surveys to determine the optimal placement of ultrasonic systems for effective antifouling protection.
- Conduct site surveys and installation of CCTV network for effective use of AI powered video analytics.
- Attend and assist customers in managing equipment failures, conducting fault diagnosis, and resolving issues.
- Prepare detailed and accurate installation reports.
- Provide customer and service feedback as input to R&D and product teams to develop new product ranges and functionalities.

Qualifications and Skills
- Strong knowledge of maritime industry having experience preferably in installation, service, repair or maintenance roles on vessels or other offshore installations for a minimum of 2 years.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in the maritime industry.
- Familiarity with basic regulations for electrical installations and code of practices
- Good command of English language (reading and writing)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation is highly desirable.
- ITE / Diploma in Marine or Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Communication Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in marine technology or engineering.
- Basic proficiency in using MS Word for report writing, and basic Excel spreadsheet usage.
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging marine environment.
