Role Purpose

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops with C-suite to gain understanding of client workforce challenges and develop solutions
Actively network, build and develop client relationships across all markets
Develop opportunities across all markets into proposals and sales
Lead bid responses on behalf of People Experience, confidently deliver client presentations / pitches
Scope, plan and negotiate schedules, milestones, and resources required to meet project objectives
Lead a consulting / client team, including analysts, in several areas of our People Experience propositions including Employee Value Proposition, Organisation Design, the Future of Work and Strategic Workforce Planning
Conduct focus groups and facilitate workshops across all our offerings

Develop research, thought leadership and data collection to understand clients’ current ways of working and operating

Qualifications and experience
An experienced Management Consultant, Human Capital Consultant or another relevant role
Familiarity with common business software, project management programs and IT systems
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Proven track record in delivering projects on-time, on-budget within the scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations
Demonstrated experience in HR / Human Capital project management of extensive multi-phase projects
Impeccable organisational skills

Previous experience in a client facing environment
A demonstratable track record of implementing projects in the future workforce environment
A strong understanding of HR consulting
The ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced dynamic business
A problem solving and analytical mindset
Passion for understanding external trend and best practice
