**Roles and Responsibilities
- To manage the analysis of P&L financials for Senior management in the bank through data consolidation/extraction, trend analysis, and preparation of insights and commentaries.
- To Develop and prepare the monthly rolling forecast of the Branch’s P&L and Balance Sheet financials for the Senior management in the bank, and provide insights into areas of key variances against targets.
- To Support and manage the annual Budgeting process with both Parent bank and Branch from different functions and entities.
- To provide support on assigned strategies for the bank and perform research and analysis that helps in decision-making.
- To Develop peer competitive analysis (Other Bankins in Singapore); produce comprehensive and insightful reports and presentations for Parent Bank.
- To Evaluate and determine the financial goals of the bank.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, PowerPoint and Excel Skills
- A strong academic record of at least a bachelor’s degree level in business, economics, finance, financial engineering, or a related field from a well-recognized institution
- 7+ years of experience in or supporting financial services
- Experience with financial reporting and financial planning and business analytics in the banking industry preferred
- MBA, CFA, FRM, or accounting qualification will be considered positively.
