**Director, Global Commercial Banking Planning**
**Global Commercial Banking Planning Division (GCBPD), Strategic Planning Department / GCB Global Commercial Banking**

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic**
Take leadership in PartnerBanks collaboration. Create / adjust the rules and framework to make all the related parties on the same page and to maximize the synergy between MUFG and PartnerBanks / among PartnerBanks.
Take leadership in enhancement of PartnerBanks Customer / Function infrastructure. Especially improve MUFG Relationship Managements and customers’ degree of recognition of PartnerBanks.
**Financials**
Achieve collaboration revenue targets as well as equity-method profit
Achieve collaboration revenue targets
**Customer/PartnerBanks**
Maintain good relationship with PartnerBanks to support each PartnerBank’s growth or to solve issues they are facing. Also gather issues/obstacles from PartnerBanks as well as MUFG foreign branches to accelerate the collaboration.
Cooperate with other business units to achieve GCB business unit initiatives. For this purpose, anticipate their thought and persuade them by coming up with suitable compromise.
**People**
Develop junior talents in GCBPD by acting as a role model. Support, coach, and guide team on complex issues. Also support to build the relationship with PartnerBanks.
Well cooperate with GCB colleagues to break through obstacles efficiently
**Other/ Control**
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits. Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree qualified
- Minimum JLPT N1 Certification, degree from a Japanese university or equivalent is required to liaise with Japanese stakeholders, prepare material and make presentation to Japanese BoD members/senior executives of MUFG
- Minimum 8 years of Corporate Banking or Planning experience
- Strong communication skills to influence others, strategic thinking to deliver own ideas adequately, coaching, mentoring and leadership skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with external and internal parties
- Preferable to have experience in project management
- Adept at MS Office Excel and Powerpoint
- Willing to travel
