**What the role is**
- Assistant / Deputy Manager (IT Infrastructure and Cloud)

**What you will be working on**
- Management of Corporate Microsoft 365 (M365) services (Microsoft Exchange Online, MS Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint Online) and Corporate network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, proxies, load balancers, intrusion detection system, intrusion prevention system). - Serve as the escalation point for operational issues concerning Corporate M365 and Corporate network. - Taking charge of IT infrastructure security covering all security aspects of Corporate M365 and Corporate network by ensuring the services and devices are secure. - Support cloud migration and provide advisement in the areas of cloud architecting, networking and computing in accordance with security policies and best practices in cloud security. - Provision and administration of resources in on-premise data centers and Government Commercial Cloud (GCC). - Plan and carry out life cycle management of resources such as deployment of patches or version upgrades. - Explore and implement new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency such as in areas of DevOps, SysOps and automation. - Ensure efficient utilisation of storage and resources. - Regularly review existing infrastructure setup in on-premise data centers and GCC, and make recommendations for improvements.

**What we are looking for**
- Relevant background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines. - Possess at least 5 years of relevant hardware administration experience and at least 2 years of experience in cloud administration in AWS and/or Azure platforms. - Possess at least 5 years of relevant network administration experience on Cisco network. - Experience in managing any of these services/devices: Microsoft Exchange Online, on-premise Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, network routing, switching, load balancer and security tools such as firewall, proxy. - Experience in outsourcing management. - Proficient in Microsoft Azure platform by utilizing Azure native services to meet operational and resiliency requirements. - Good understanding in administration of Microsoft Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 tenant. - Knowledgeable in PowerShell scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices. - Excellent understanding of Windows servers and Cisco network and able to troubleshoot issues independently. - Attained Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate certification and mínimally Cisco Certified Network Associate.
