Singapore pet lovers centre Full time

Support the Directors’ daily schedules/itinerary, documents, car insurance, etc.
- Handle all Directors’ business-related confidential materials and documents.
- Responsible for all office travel bookings including reimbursement of travel related expenses.
- Manage meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.
- Supervise the maintenance of overall cleanliness of HQ general office, pantry and washrooms.
- Procurement of name cards and Office/Pantry/Cleaning supplies eg. stationeries, letterheads for Finance, envelopes & others forms required and miscellaneous items.
- Procurement of Company uniforms, printing of barcode labels, price tagging, dog tags etc.
- Provide management support to keep track and control of IT, Finance and Supplier Management expenses.
- Administrate Company vehicles servicing & repairs, petrol claims, road tax & insurance renewals.
- Any other tasks which may be assigned from time to time,

**Role Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of Office Administration experiences.
- Proficient with MS Office
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Organized, meticulous with problem solving skills.
- Able to work well with all employees at all levels.
- Proactive, driven and resourceful.
- Highly initiative, independent and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
