**Responsibilities**:

- Define and develop the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Digital Factory
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Digital Factory
- Work with Delivery, Platform, Development SMEs and other stakeholders to develop and document the operating model
- Develop resourcing plans with relevant stakeholders and align back to funding
- Establish and maintain funding model for core Digital Factory resources and projects
- Engage and align internal stakeholders to support and endorse Digital Factory plan
- Engage and promote Digital Factory to external stakeholders including cluster management and their digital representatives
- Work closely with the Catalyst team to drive a culture of innovation, and to build innovation-related competencies
- Engage with divisions for the purpose of embedding innovation-friendly processes, and introducing new ways of working
- Define governance structure to address potential risks, ensure compliance and manage funding drawdown
- Actively track and manage parallel Digital Factory workstreams for reporting and review

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business management, product design or engineering (IT or computer science)
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a dynamic product management role
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Highly effective across cross-functional team management
- A proven record of strong empathy, problem solving, facilitation and/or entrepreneurial skills
- Strong desire to change and challenge status quo, ask the right questions and make things happen
- Knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum development would be an added advantage
- Excellent engagement with stakeholders in all functions and levels
- Entrepreneurial mindset; strive to go an extra mile to achieve objectives
- Resourceful and constantly updated with latest technology developments, through network, market intelligence and technology blogs
- Strong proven ability to drive change, and to inspire and influence stakeholders
- Prior experience in an innovation lab or centre of excellence or prototype development would advantageous
