ERP (SAP/Incadea)
- Develop comprehensive E2E 'global' test scenarios and scripts ensuring alignment with SOPs
- Traceability matrix (in Excel) from business requirements and scope, through to business process design, Tech Design, WRICEFS, Testing and Training
- Finalise ERP templates that underpin global ERP Implementation documentation
- Facilitate ERP Implementation workshops across Regions / markets to Project Managers, PMO or any relevant party (after global ERP Implementation SOP is signed off), ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Support the Regions / markets transition to the new integrated ERP implementation plan including perform a fit/gap
- Support the Regions / markets monitor progress against implementation plan
- Support & draft a plan & presentation deck on ‘How we need to be structured for success’ workshop Business Process 'integration'
- Develop upstream (outside of Finance) processes to L4 and form the testing script
- Adhere to quality standards for all data objects within a process map including L4 inter-related process joins, personas for swim lanes at L4, control references at L4, policy / standards at L3, system at L4 (name, manual/semi-auto/auto), data attributes at L4, technical / t-code at L4, system interface referencing at L4 L4/5

Blueprint Project
- Support fit/gap analysis for Level 4/5 blueprint SOP projects to identify discrepancies between current processes and ERP system capabilities.
- Support the evaluation of exceptions, ensuring they meet fiscal, legal, and business benefit requirements.
- Provide recommendations for process adjustments and system configurations to address identified gaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Update L5 documentation alongside the project team to create global blueprint SOP’s
- Support creating reference documentation alongside the L5 SOP’s - dynamic system generated list of entities, cost centres,
- Support the creation of non-SAP specific

L4/L5 documents
- Supporting Phase 3 - ensuring that the global blueprints are embedded in the SAP implementation playbook Basware
- Support the creation of L4/L5 process documentation
