**About Us**:
At Paladium, we help consumers take ownership of their personal data and give them the opportunity to monetize it instead of being constantly exploited by Big Tech. Paladium is currently beginning to supercharge its growth and we’re seeking an early hire to take on the role of full-stack engineer to ensure Paladium’s operations can scale accordingly to accommodate the growth and enable even more consumers to benefit from Paladium’s services.

**What We Are Looking For**:
As our first few hires, we are looking for a full-stack engineer who is independent and takes ownership of their work. You will be working closely with the founding team in developing new products for real users. Every line of code you write will have a direct impact on our users. We are a small and agile team, looking for someone who is not afraid to learn new technologies and can move at a fast pace.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deploy new features.
- Improve and refactor the codebase.
- Maintain existing internal platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Python, Typescript, and SQL.
- Basic Git and workflows (Gitflow).
- Experience with Flask, MySQL, and React.
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda).
- Experience in API design, usage, and deployment.
- Experience with linting/formatting tools.
- Experience developing test suites (unit tests, integration tests).
- Min. of 2 Years Software Development Experience.
- Bilingual Communication Skills (Mandarin/English).

**Remuneration**:

- Full-Time salary (starting from RM 4200).
- Performance bonuses (up to 3 Months).
