The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. - Responsible for the short video content supply strategy on the e-commerce platform. Drive core business objective growth through data analysis and strategic design
- Develop growth strategies for merchants and affiliate KOLs. Formulate incentive mechanisms, traffic allocation mechanisms, and product system designs
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user content consumption preferences and behaviours in different scenarios. Meet users' scenario-based needs through refined strategy iterations
- Collaborate with local operations teams, algorithm teams, etc. to drive end-to-end project execution. Evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies and continuously optimise and upgrade

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above,with 2-5 years of relevant work experience within e-commerce industry or product strategy preferred
- Proficiency in English to facilitate cross country communications and collaborations
- Strong product management skills with a logical mindset to design and oversee strategies and product functionalities
- Data-oriented and adept at developing data-driven strategies
