Packing Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily packing operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
- Train, guide, and monitor packing team members to ensure consistent performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform final quality checks and ensure proper labelling of all packed items.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage workflow.
- Maintain an organized, sanitary, and safe work environment.
- Support inventory management by tracking packing materials and reporting stock levels.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Ensure timely completion of orders and liaise with logistics teams for smooth dispatch.
- Lead and participate in safety briefings and training programs for team members.
- Maintain accurate records of packing activities and report to management regularly.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in food packing or kitchen operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold high-quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player.
- Physically fit; able to stand, bend, and lift items throughout the shift.
- Valid Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate is required.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking and basic food production processes is a plus.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
