  1. Packing and Labeling:

  2. Accurately pack meat products according to customer orders and specifications.

  3. Ensure all products are properly labeled with details such as weight, type, and packaging date.

  4. Handling and Storage:

  5. Handle and store meat products in cold storage areas with temperatures as low as -15°C.

  6. Rotate stock based on FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.

  7. Quality Control:

  8. Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards before dispatch.

  9. Report any defects or inconsistencies to the supervisor.

  10. Dispatch Preparation:

  11. Assemble and prepare orders for delivery based on delivery schedules.

  12. Ensure correct and complete documentation for all outgoing shipments.

  13. Loading and Unloading:

  14. Safely load and unload goods into delivery vehicles.

  15. Ensure items are handled with care to avoid damage during transport.

  16. Workplace Maintenance:

  17. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing and cold storage areas.

  18. Follow sanitation protocols and safety guidelines at all times.

  19. Team Collaboration:

  20. Coordinate with other production and delivery team members to meet deadlines.

  21. Communicate effectively regarding stock levels, delivery schedules, and order changes.
