You shall serve as an integral member of the company’s facilities team.

**SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANG MANAGER (VENUE MANAGEMENT)
**Job Responsibilities:
- Report to the Head of Facilities
- Assist to ensure smooth operations in Singapore Conference Hall
- Ensure compliance with building statutory requirements and liaison with government authorities
- Manage tenancy leases, fitting out and reinstatement works
- Procure, liaise and oversee service vendors like cleaning, security, landscape and M&E, etc. to ensure they perform to contract requirement
- Manage complaints and feedback related to maintenance
- Prepare and implement operations and maintenance manual and standard operating procedures
- Assist to forecast and control of annual budget for building related operating and capital expenses
- Assist Venue Marketing Department for site show-round and perform event duties as and when necessary

**Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in facilities management or M&E consultancy
- Registered SCDF Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage
- Effectively bilingual to communicate with contractors, suppliers and vendors
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint is necessary
- Able to work after office hours as and when required
