**Roles & Responsibilities**

A well-established marine company located in **Tuas** is seeking a **E&I Supervisor cum Inspector** on **permanent** position.

**Benefits**

- Other leaves as per MOM regulations
- 8 am to 5 pm Mon to Fri, 8 am to 12 noon Sat
- OT at fix rate S$ 8 per hour
- Shuttle Bus at designated MRT stations

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible to establish the Inspection and Test Plan and all other quality related documents for E&I Discipline
- Ensure and maintain material and works quality/standards according to project and approved international standards
- Monitor and update daily manpower reports, to report of any shortages
- Responsible to establish project Method statements for various activities required for the project
- Conduct site surveillance and maintain a log and advise construction to close accordingly
- Perform site inspection on completed items with client counterpart and get the relevant mechanical completion document signed off (ITR)
- Manage sub-contractors and plan sequence of works based on activities priority
- Do site coordination with other disciplines/trades
- Responsible to get the Project Mock-up approved from client.
- Conduct site surveillance and maintain a log and advise construction to close accordingly.
- Keep track and plan for material usages - anticipate material shortages and find solutions for possible
- Provide feedback on challenges faced during monthly meetings and provide solutions
- Supervise sub-contractors to ensure project progression is align, and works are in compliance with requirements and standards
- Maintain all updates and logs related to QA/QC activity and circulate to every concerned departments for information
- Co-ordinate with client and 3rd party for inspection and get it cleared.
- Prepare request for inspection in accordance to approved ITP
- Participate and support safety controls, safety programs and implementations

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marine/shipyard operations involving in site electrical and instrument supervision works
- Valid COMPEX Certification/EEHA Certification is required
- Self-driven, independent, and resourceful
- Knowledge in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of ATEX and various international/Project standards
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
