**Your Role**

Mighty Jaxx is looking for a Marketing Intern to support our marketing operations, ensuring
the smooth execution of campaigns, collaborations, and research projects. You will assist in
various functions, such as: content creation, social media management, and customer
engagement. Additionally, you will contribute to market and competitive research by
compiling data, tracking trends, and supporting presentations. As part of our team, you will
bring fresh perspectives and digital-native skills to enhance creative brainstorming and
campaign execution.

**Responsibilities**

**Social Media Content Support**
- Assist in creating and scheduling at least eight social media posts per month for

Mighty Jaxx’s key campaigns.
- Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) and compile a basic

performance report.
- Leverage existing assets and align with the social media agency for best practices.
- Support trade marketing, collaborations, and retail social media content.
- Deliver monthly content calendar and first drafts by specified deadlines.

**Market & Competitor Research**
- Conduct monthly competitor analysis on digital marketing trends and trade

marketing strategies.
- Summarise findings in a two-page report, highlighting at least three key insights.
- Utilise available tools (social listening, industry reports) to gather relevant data.
- Submit research reports on a monthly basis.**

**Campaign Coordination Support**
- Assist in coordinating at least one campaign per quarter, ensuring seamless

alignment across teams.
- Maintain an updated tracker for deliverables and vendor communications.
- Work with the marketing team to compile assets, track deadlines, and manage
- approvals.
- Support giveaway campaigns (e.g., THE HUNDREDS collaboration) and upcoming
- product launches.
- Ensure campaign materials are finalised well in advance before launch.

**Retail & Trade Marketing Support**
- Assist team in drafting retailer social media content decks.
- Ensure each deck includes key messaging, post templates, and sample visuals.
- Collaborate with the trade marketing team to gather necessary assets and engaging
- content.
- Contribute to retailer briefing materials and ensure social media alignment.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content

creation.
- Prior experience in social media management, content marketing, or marketing

research preferred.
- Proficiency in design and content tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar

software is a bonus.
- Ability to analyse marketing data, track key performance metrics, and generate

insights.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines for content

and campaign execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with

internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of the toys, collectibles, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
- Passion for brand marketing and staying up to date with industry trends.
