Kitchen Assistant/Chef
- $2300 (negotiable)
- The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these: - Maintain daily mis-en-place and prepare ingredients - Inspect and clean food preparation areas, to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices - Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation - Keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques - Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily highlights and promotions - Adhere to recipes and stock management - Adjust cooking based on guest preferences Qualifications: - Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Those with more than 3 to 5 years of working experiences; may be considered for Chef de Partie position
- Well-groomed with good presentation skills
- Meticulous, team player and has a positive attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn, with strong motivation to excel
- Passion for food, creative & result-orientated
- Able to work split-shifts, weekends, and public holiday
- Immediate availability
