Job Duties:

- Manage the complete payroll cycle for both internal employees and outsourced staff(including temporary, contractual, part-time, and casual staff), ensuring accuracy in calculations and timely disbursement.
- Take charge of the entire onboarding and offboarding process, guaranteeing a smooth experience for employees and compliance with company protocols.
- Maintain a vigilant approach to ensure the organization's adherence to local regulations and laws, fostering a culture of compliance.
- Participate in the full spectrum of HR activities as required, displaying flexibility and a willingness to contribute to various aspects of HR operations.
- Provide assistance in recruitment-related tasks when necessary, contributing to the acquisition of top talent for the organization.
- Undertake general administrative duties, contributing to the efficient functioning of daily operations.
- Generate comprehensive payroll reports and internal reports such as accrual reports and reports for clients.
- Execute the implementation of enhancement strategies within internal processes.
- Manage the preparation and issuance of billing invoices to clients.
- Extend support to various departments, addressing their specific administrative and operational needs.
- Fulfill ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned, embracing a versatile approach to contribute to the dynamic demands of the role.

Qualifications:

- Possess at least 1 year of practical experience in the relevant field.
- Demonstrate the capability to work autonomously and accomplish assignments within specified deadlines.
- Exhibit a meticulous and keen eye for detail in all tasks undertaken.
- Hold a minimum of a NITEC qualification or higher in Business Administration or related fields.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
