ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a People Partner to engage leaders and employees to deliver world-class People initiatives and business partnering in our South East Asia (SEA) Territory - looking after Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia & Indonesia, approx 200 employees. In this role, you will:

- Be part of SEA’s cross-functional leadership team and be the primary People Partner to our General Manager and employees in SEA.
- Partner closely with our Regional and Global People Team to deliver initiatives such as talent & performance cycle, compensation planning & people analytics, leadership development, organizational design, and change management.
- Provide guidance on People policies and ensure that policies are up to date per local legislation.
- Drive local initiatives which enhance our employee’s engagement.
- Partner with our Employee Relations Team to resolve ER cases in a way that ensures that we are compliant with local legislative frameworks whilst protecting our employees' experience.
- Provide regional support for HR business partnering. Own and drive regional People Partner projects, which are either Pacific or International region-wide.
- Independently analyze data sets, such as employee engagement survey results, performance data, and attrition metrics, to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Champion our culture and values positively to drive value-based behaviors.
- Join a diverse International People Team that deeply cares for one another and desires to be the best. This position will report to the People Partner Director for Pacific who is based in Singapore.

- You have experience in working in complex and matrix organizational environments. You collaborate effectively with the regional People COEs (Center of Excellence) to deliver best-in-class HR support.
- You are data-driven and are able to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making. You communicate the data and its implications to stakeholders in a way that drives action.
- You work autonomously and with a creative mindset, whilst being aware of when to flag and escalate issues to ensure a positive resolution.
- You are familiar with SEA employment law, regulations, and best practices. Experience in Australia market is an added advantage.
- You hold +5 years in HR Business Partnering or in an HR generalist role. Preferably within a fast-paced organization.
