We are seeking an experienced and motivated Education Consultant to guide aspiring nurses, primarily Filipino applicants, through NCLEX, OET, and IELTS preparation, helping them achieve their certification and English proficiency goals to work abroad.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Consultations**:Provide one-on-one consultations to prospective students, assessing their current qualifications, skill levels, and goals, and offering personalised advice on NCLEX, OET, and IELTS exam preparation.
- **Course Enrollment and Guidance**:Assist students in selecting the appropriate training courses based on their needs and qualifications. Guide them through the enrollment process and ensure they have all the necessary information to begin their training.
- **Student Support and Follow-Up**: Offer ongoing support throughout the training process, including addressing questions, offering study tips, and monitoring student progress. Follow up with students regularly to ensure they remain motivated and on track.
- **Training Plan Development**: Collaborate with the training team to develop customized study plans and schedules that align with the individual needs of each student.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Monitor and track the progress of students in NCLEX, OET, and IELTS training programs. Provide feedback to students on their performance and suggest improvement strategies.
- **Market Research and Trends**: Stay up-to-date with trends in nursing qualifications, overseas employment requirements, and changes in exam formats to provide accurate and relevant guidance to students.
- **Relationship Building**: Build strong, lasting relationships with students, creating a positive and supportive learning environment. Maintain communication with alumni to gather feedback and testimonials.
- **Workshops and Seminars**: Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, or information sessions to educate prospective students about the training programs, exam requirements, and the opportunities available for nurses working abroad.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Education, Nursing, or a related field is preferred. A background in nursing or healthcare is a significant advantage.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in educational consulting, training, or counseling. Experience with NCLEX, OET, or IELTS exam preparation is highly desirable.
- **Knowledge of International Nursing Standards**:Familiarity with the requirements for nurses to work overseas, particularly in countries like the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, is an asset.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear, concise manner.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Ability to assess students' needs, identify gaps in their preparation, and recommend effective solutions.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple students and tasks simultaneously.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using online learning platforms, virtual communication tools, and standard office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems, Salesforce).
