This is a 12 months contract position.

In your new role you will:

- Responsible for **Price maintenance **eg. Quarterly or adhoc price update in SAP (Purchase Info record (PIR)
- **Collation of data for negotiation **and support “on-spot calculation of CR during the negotiation
- **Verification of prices **(Quote vs final negotiated price, quarterly to quarterly price change and identify variance and ensure gap closure.
- **Provide for Quarterly Loading Allocation **; adhoc or **Quarterly Purchase requisition; Quarterly Forecast price (FRFC);**:

- **Execute RFQ **for new variants (business already awarded)
- **Translate operation KPIs to Supplier scorecards **for supplier ranking and (eg. Quarterly scorecards)
- **Data preparation for monthly CR reporting **& forecasting to enable CR monitoring and Projection including understanding deviation.
- **Conduct bi-yearly EUC checks **for Export Compliance **and Enforcement RFQ, negotiation and purchases of indirect material, spares and maintenance consigned equipment at subcon
- Raise **request contracts/scheduling agreement **to Share Service (IFMY) for purchases witout material number i.e. Ariba (eg. ES).
- Day to Day **trouble-shoot **to resolve procurement issues eg. damaged items scraps or custom handbook topics; invoice queries or disputes relating to pricing; non-payment of invoices
- **Issue purchase order **or **Outline agreement **(eg. SA) with agreed policy &procedures

- Highly independent
- Detailed in work & have the ability to understood root cause
- Being good in Excel with macro capabilities would be added advantage
