They play a critical role in supporting international banking operations through the development of in-house applications and enterprise-level digital initiatives. Job Description The IT Business Analyst position involves designing and delivering IT solutions that streamline syndicated deal flows, manage complex loan structures, and support regulatory compliance. It requires a strong understanding of both business and IT systems, along with the ability to work independently while staying closely aligned with the broader program team. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business users to gather, refine, and finalize requirements. Analyse and document current processes and operating models, proposing solutions aligned with target architecture and future business needs. Design functional solutions and specifications in partnership with technical teams. Perform application testing and track necessary fixes. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of thoroughly tested features into production. Keep quality documentation updated and conduct user training. Support application testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. The Successful Applicant A Successful Candidate Should Have Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or IT. At least 5 years' experience in corporate finance, focused on designing and delivering IT solutions. Strong knowledge of corporate and investment banking products such as Syndications, Participations, Commercial Loans, LC, Guarantees, Discounting, and Factoring. Experience across all phases of the IT system development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support. Familiarity with software engineering best practices. Practical experience working in Agile development environments. Hands-on use of BDD frameworks and UML for solution design and testing. Exposure to test automation tools and methodologies. Proficient in SQL queries and Microsoft Office applications. Preferred: Business Analyst certifications (e.g., ECBA, CBAP, PBA) and experience in project management or functional leadership roles.
