Job Description
- Min 8+ years of software development experience and 3+ years as a Business Analyst - Should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Should be very good at gathering the client requirements and translating business requirements into specific required formats like user stories
- Extensive Experience in Stakeholder Management
- Familiar with visualising and drafting the requirements by analysing the Wire frames, Process Flows, and business requirement documents (BRD’s).
- Should conduct meetings with different stake holders to share requirements, ideas, findings, conflicts etc
- Proficiency in ensuring solutions are meeting business needs and requirements
- Should be good at coordination towards knowledge transfer sessions with development team and testing team.

Should have good knowledge in testing team and technical team coordination throughout the SDLC process.

Knowledge in React JS/.Net/MS SQL server/Manual and Automation testing would be an added advantage

Should possess extensive knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Understanding and Experience of Agile methodologies should be an added advantage
- Knowledge in Azure Devops would also be an added advantage
