We are looking for a dynamic and driven **Sales & Marketing Specialist**to lead our efforts in growing both B2B and B2C markets, with a strong focus on corporate wellness partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**:
- Develop and grow corporate client accounts by offering customized wellness and spa packages for employee well-being programs, health fairs, corporate gifts, and retreats.
- Identify new B2B leads across sectors including hospitality, HR departments, MICE organizers, and wellness providers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through active prospecting, presentations, and relationship management.
- Upsell spa services, memberships, and wellness packages to walk-in and repeat customers.
**Marketing & Branding**:
- Plan, implement, and track marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, EDMs) and physical outlets.
- Develop creative marketing content and work with in-house or freelance designers to deliver high-quality promotional materials.
- Collaborate with Kenko Academy to cross-market wellness education, training, and spa services.
- Monitor brand visibility and consistency across all touchpoints including website, brochures, and social media.
**Campaign & Event Management**:
- Organize and participate in wellness roadshows, expos, and corporate wellness days.
- Manage collaborations with influencers, media partners, and lifestyle brands.
- Track performance of campaigns and events; prepare post-campaign reports including leads generated, conversions, and ROI analysis.
**Market Insights & Strategy**:
- Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity in the spa and wellness industry.
- Work closely with management to refine pricing, service offerings, and promotional strategies based on market data.
**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Wellness, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, hospitality, or healthcare sector.
- Experience in dealing with corporate clients or wellness program vendors is highly preferred.
**Skills & Attributes**:
- Strong B2B and B2C sales acumen with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media management, and CRM systems.
- Creative, analytical, and results-driven.
- Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
**Bonus Skills**:
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools.
- Understanding of the Singapore wellness and corporate HR landscape.
- Knowledge of WSQ-funded healthcare courses and UTAP Claimable massage courses (a plus if marketing experience overlaps with Kenko Academy’s offerings).
