We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to work in our warehouse with the following tasks:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- To perform data entry of all inventory-related transactions into ODDU. (issuance/receiving/goods receiving/RMRS/pick & pack)
- To verify all data entry accuracy and document are relevant before submitting to account.
- To issue manual PO for Operation Purchases
- Generate weekly report.
- Generate Operation Monthly Report
- To coordinate stock take / stock check for warehouse & 3PL customer
- To provide administration support to operations department on staff matters, record and report to HOD (Such as Leave/ Overtime/ Medical Claim / HP Allowance Claim)
- To provide administration support to entire warehouse department.
- To support and implement ISO procedures and initiatives.
- Other Ad hoc Duties assigned.

**Basic Requirements**:

- GCE O’ Levels, NITEC or Diploma in any field
- Minimum 1 year experience a similar capacity within an FMCG or logistics environment.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Attention to details and meticulous.
- Flexibility to help in other areas whenever needed.
- Enthusiastic, positive, eager to learn with a strong team spirit mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
