**Development of NHG Clinical Informatics Strategic Planning**

Plan and Lead the development of NHG Clinical Informatics 5-10 Year Strategic Planning, including but not limited to:

- a. Health IT Masterplan 1.0/2.0
- b. HealthTech Instruction Manual
- c. NHG Clinical IT Strategic and Annual Work-plans
- Able to operate with significant independence and mínimal supervision as the key focal point to end users, Vendor and Partner in optimizing the blue-print and work-plan.
- Expected to work collaboratively with all stakeholders but at the same time be decisive in driving NHG’s mandate to push for quality service at the most effective approach.- 40%**Deliver NHG Special Projects**

Plan and Lead the development, delivery and systemization of NHG Special Projects, including but not limited to:

- a. NGEMR/BT/NHIPS Projects
- b. Digital Application Projects
- c. Artificial Intelligence Projects
- d. Other Innovation Projects
- Manages and coordinates large and/or complex Healthcare IT Projects, focusing on Vendor and Partner commitment, strategic investment and program risk management. Provide leadership for Vendor and Partner Undertaking Management and Cost Management initiatives to help NHG to drive down cost and improve productivity on delivering Healthcare IT Projects.
- Able to operate with significant independence and mínimal supervision as the key focal point to end users, Vendor and Partner in driving down delivery costs and improving quality of execution.
- Have involved in benchmark exercise and know industry trending and ability to dissect Vendor and Partner’s project costing and understand where the cost drivers are. Able to identify cost areas where there are potential cost overruns, engage stakeholders and propose remedial actions to fix.- 30%**Team & Operational Leadership**

Provide direct and indirect operational leadership and oversight to a team of staff to control and ensure smooth running of the blue-print, work-plans and projects.
- Partner with critical stakeholders to create a vision for NHG Clinical Informatics roadmap. Guide the roadmap development to maximize operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.- 30%**Job Family**
